About the Role
1. Strategic support for ARD supply chain across globe
2. Design and author ARD supply chain related documents
3. Support ARD for supply chain related queries
4. Accountable for appropriate data records and review/approval
5. Responsible for compilation and first interpretation of data
6. Responsible for project related sample handling not limiting to reference standards
7. Support planning for assigned supply chain project activities.
8. Provide requests for lab activities to the Operations Team.
9. Manage project activities including logistics at third parties and external testing laboratories.
10. Proactively communicate key issues and any other critical topics in a timely manner to the appropriate management level and/or to any other relevant project team member(s).
11. Single point of contact for QA and other stakeholders (PHAD, RegCMC, NTO, GCS, etc) for supply chain related activities.
12. Support internal and external audits and ensure no critical findings within the assigned projects.
13. Actively contribute to team goals.
14. Work according to appropriate SOPs, GMP, GLP, QM, HSE, ISEC & Novartis Guidelines.
Minimum Requirement
• Demonstrated, extensive experience and recognized expertise in the GxP area can override the training requirements.
• Science Postgraduates with 8+yrs of relevant experience.
• Recognized expertise in a temperature-controlled supply chain & GxP area. Relevant experience of working in a scientific and strategic environment.
• Thorough understanding of drug development processes.
• Demonstrated successful experience with working in interdisciplinary and cross-cultural teams.
• Demonstrated advanced coaching and mentoring skills.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant SOP, GMP and Novartis regulations and policies if applicable.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and scientific/ technical writing skills. Advanced coaching and mentoring skills.
